Best Western Plus Gran Hotel Centro Historico

If you're in you're early twenties trying to travel the world cheaply but still nice this is the spot to come. great prices for what I was looking for. Couldn't have had a better hotel was so close to literally everything. Best trip I've had in a while.

The staff was ALWAYS available to assist the guest ESPECIALLY the FRONT DESK. They were EXTREMELY helpful and AVAILABLE to me at ALL times. I am returning for another 10 days after I leave Puerto Vallarta and ALREADY planning next year's vacation stay. MORE than satisfied with the quality of the hotel and great experience. Very clean, small but not overwhelming. The staff were really friendly, attentive, kind, and helpful. The food was tasty, and the price was good compared to quality and quantity

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were so sweet and went above and beyond to provide the best accommodations. The housekeeper who took care of the eighth floor was really amazing and obviously took a lot of pride in her job. She cleaned the rooms/hallways so well. Everything looked spotless! The waiters/waitresses in the restaurant were also great and the food was delicious. I also liked the location of this hotel. Right in the city center with close access to shopping and great food stands. I can’t wait to return!
