If you're in you're early twenties trying to travel the world cheaply but still nice this is the spot to come. great prices for what I was looking for. Couldn't have had a better hotel was so close to literally everything. Best trip I've had in a while.

So closed to the shopping centers and historical plazas the showers are not so big nor the restroom but I was only there for 1 night everything was secured in my room as I shopped yes there is an air conditioning very clean cleaning lady cleans room after every stay there’s no bugs on the beds didn’t see any

The staff was ALWAYS available to assist the guest ESPECIALLY the FRONT DESK. They were EXTREMELY helpful and AVAILABLE to me at ALL times. I am returning for another 10 days after I leave Puerto Vallarta and ALREADY planning next year's vacation stay. MORE than satisfied with the quality of the hotel and great experience. In the middle of everything. Walking distance to downtown, I have family in Guadalajara so getting a taxi to our destinations was not a problem. One of the best views of all of Guadalajara. I was able to see all of Guadalajara from their roof. Great way to start my mornings.

Very clean, small but not overwhelming. The staff were really friendly, attentive, kind, and helpful. The food was tasty, and the price was good compared to quality and quantity

The rooms are always very clean. They can give you milk for your coffee if requested. The location is very good for visiting around.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were so sweet and went above and beyond to provide the best accommodations. The housekeeper who took care of the eighth floor was really amazing and obviously took a lot of pride in her job. She cleaned the rooms/hallways so well. Everything looked spotless! The waiters/waitresses in the restaurant were also great and the food was delicious. I also liked the location of this hotel. Right in the city center with close access to shopping and great food stands. I can’t wait to return!

The location was great. Just down the street from a major market for souvenirs and other items. The main cathedral and plazas were just a few blocks away.
